SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Times:

- Canada: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Mexico: 10-20 business days (available for select products only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 USD for orders under $50 USD
- FREE Shipping on orders of $50 USD or more
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package at any time.
Shipping Addresses: Please ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mascotitas.shop and we will work to resolve the issue.
International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico (select products). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
